Swim and gym

I did both today!
Busy day: took car into garage for final tweaking, (all good now), then over to Gatwick to pick up the McDobbs. Really good seeing them again! We laughed, chatted, swam and ate fish n chips together - along with G&G and the Springbourne Crew.

Finally, I enjoyed watching my brood in the pool while I plodded in the gym for the first time in years (trying to burn off the fish n chips).
