3 Wheeler Blip !

Much quieter day today !!!  Haircut ,Thurs café dinner - and then off for game of scrabble !
Spotted this 3 wheeler while standing at the bus stop .

Haircut to take away ???- had hair cut there ( not today ) and still not sure what it means ?
