Circles with Circles

My brother in law is a potter, and I saw this on his shelf in the morning sun - he makes a huge amount of pots, some decorative some useful. He made the stamp for this out of clay on his wheel - I wouldn't know where to start! I posted another of his pots on 29th May - you may like to have a look.
