The Spanish Starter...

This shot was taken at a gorgeous restaurant on a large hill called Mirador De La Victoria. In Majorca, bread and alioli (a garlic mayonaisse) is a very common starter for everyone. The bread is always served in little baskets with a small, handmade (sometimes) pot full of the restaurants homemade alioli.
