Mugdock moor

I had a lovely morning starting with a nice walk up Overtoun then an excellent sports massage. This afternoon we enjoyed another nice walk at Dodside dog run, unfortunately we got stuck in a traffic jam when the M77 was shut due to an accident this afternoon. Tonight we headed to Mugdock park where my better half was running with Ed , I was on the bike as I'm still not fully fit yet from my ham string .
