Jacks little pony

This is the photo every father dreads, probably shortly followed by any picture of a wife on a horse, because it's almost certainly followed by 'please can we......' you know the rest... 

My lovely friend Daisy has Herbie, the Shetland pony, so we went to see them today and yes, the eldest was utterly enthralled and loved every moment of his day.  I loved every moment I my day too, as the boys get on so well I got to sit and chat to my friend over a couple of cups of tea and then lunch.  Complete bliss (ok, complete and utter bliss would have been to sit and chat over a glass of wine or three).  

So yes, I'm busy working out how I can convince my husband that we should have a pony, a horse (for me), a dog (ok, he's there with the dog) and a cat.  It's quite a big sell.
