Yet Another Landscape

Another day, another view....
We went over to Castlerigg Stone Circle.
The ring of 38 stones is surrounded by a ring of mountains including Skiddaw, Blencathra and Helvellyn and has been there for 4500 years.
We then went over to The Horse and Farrier at Threlkeld for a fantastic lunch followed by a short walk around the village.
Not much chance of any more long walks. We only have 2 days left and we seem to be booked up with child-friendly activities. At least there'll be less moaning (hopefully).
