McCarthy's with an E

Still catching up after all the gadding in Cornwall. Coffee with friends in Ballydehob, a quick sortie into Schull to buy some essentials and then out to book club tonight where we shall be discussing The Map of Love; good but complicated and very long.
Last art house of the season last night - Elle. A very bizarre film that left us feeling a bit depressed. Mesmerisingly acted by Isabelle Hubbert it seemed to be about control and manipulation and collusion, mostly through using sex as a weapon. Heavy stuff.
I love this little pink garage in Schull high street - for sale too! I especially like how the letters have been painted in, not very well, where they're missing. Thanks to Marlieske for currently hosting the DS challenge.
