Nutty Simnel Cake

Made my first ( and possibly last) Simnel Cake today for someone who had a Christmas cake addiction and only has 2 to last until they're back in the shops. What could possibly go wrong I thought? Turns out I'm not good at marzipan. Hope it tastes better than it looks.
