From The Palm Of A Giant
The first time Jade's ever been referred to as a giant. It must be terrifying being so small sometimes (grasshopper, not Jade). There's nothing that is on the same scale for us. Then again, perhaps grasshoppers don't think like that, or are just used to it...
For the second day in a row I went out with Courtney to find bush crickets. She decided to go to Fleet Pond this time and Lyd and Jade joined us. Unlike yesterday, we found it hard finding even grasshoppers let alone crickets. Jade was the only one to find one; this guy you can see right here. Saw a massive (wasp) spider, but I preferred the composition of this photo.
Picked up Josh on the way back to Hook and dropped him off in Basingstoke to catch his bus to Paris. As usual, he was quite late.
Then had burritos followed by a movie (Contraband (not too bad)) with Courtney.
