Big Chick Little Chick

Since the fox incident a few months ago my neighbours have built Chicken Colditz to keep them a little safer but they still let them have a bit of Free Range time in the evenings. Tonight we had a visit from the broody black and her hew foster daughter. (there isn't a cockerel as everyone was getting a bit tired of the 4am Cock A Doodle Doooooooooos so fertile eggs have to be borrowed from another farm).

They were very cute and wouldn't go more than a few inches from each other :)
