Mounted NYC Cop

Taking roman to his  Jujitsu class this afternoon, spotted this policeman, he was checking out a man flat out on the pavement. He appeared to  look at him and then went out into the line of traffic.  the people on the street just did not even look at the scene as if it was quite normal
