Hare today, gone tomorrow

Mr DawnAgain has a few days off. We waited in this afternoon for the tyre guy to come and replace three of Son2's tyres today (one was done the other day and, following two flats, to be on the safe side, we decided to do the lot). Anyway, we finally got out at 4pm and headed over to Cheriton to do a lovely walk round the battlefield, taking in a long barrow I hadn't seen before - and a hare!! I never see hares so it was very exciting indeed.

We rounded off a lovely evening with dinner at The Flowerpots in Cheriton. Great, traditional pub with its own brewery on site producing a delicious quaffable, award winning real ale.
