Checking the Score Cards

Now returned home after our 2 day "Monday Niters" golf outing to Blairgowrie. This is the 20th year we have had a Spring outing although it is the first time we have gone North over the river Tay rather than South over the river Forth. (usually North Berwick area). Some members of the group who were in Round Table together have been playing together for around 45 years hence the average age, as can be seen in the group photo, is well over 70 !

We thoroughly enjoyed playing the 2 courses and may well return here again. I walked each day unlike some of the older members and have clocked up about 38000 Fitbit steps in the last 2 days -  I am exhausted !

I did not return with the trophy - too many careless shots landed in the trees and the heather on the tricky Lansdowne course.
