Talbot manufactured around 1930s

I'm playing catch up as I've had a wonderful few days away walking with some friends.  We definitely chose the right time to go as the weather was great.  We came across this lovely old car and had a chat with the owner.  Also saw some donkeys taking part in Palm Sunday and I spotted a Yellow Wagtail, haven't seen one of those in a long while.
