Still smiling

Hey guys so pissed off. Went to chemist for my WI my first one after week one. She sat me down and said we have had a little problem. My heart sank, apparently the scales are not accurate and last weeks WI wasn't accurate. All that work. So we reweighed and I had put on. Was so unhappy she was very apologetic least we have a new start weight now. Anyway got home and remembered I got weighed at Dr's last week too so phoned them and they told me there weight so we worked it out I lost 4.5 lbs not ałot but better than a gain. Hopefully next week is better. Staying positive I worked hard next week will be better
