Appointment with the nurse having blood tests to see if there is an underlying cause for the Osteoporosis diagnosis. Apparently there is a high rate of people who stop taking the medication. If it helps then why stop?

Had a good catchup with son Stephen. I don't envy him the long hours but fortunately he has a holiday to look forward to.
