New Saddle

Looking forward to having this put on my bike. A ladies gel saddle. That should make life a little more comfortable.
A day of tidying up and cleaning. I'm busy over the next two days then off again to Devon for some sea swimming with three others who are swimming the channel. My friend Rosie might join us. She's not swimming the channel but has taken on an ironman in October so she wants to sea swim. We are all taking our bikes so it should be an action packed weekend.
Once again no wetsuits allowed.
I'm having trouble with my arm at the moment when I swim. I hope it eases off for the weekend. I swam last night and it didn't feel too bad.
Today I swam and it wasn't good at all. I ended up using my kick board and doing some breaststroke. It doesn't hurt when I breaststroke only front crawl. We will see how it goes. I had a massage on it last week and didn't swim as advised for a couple of days. It felt much better. It was a hard session last night so might have done more harm than good. Mustn't moan there are people much worse off than me.
Heard today that my sister in law has been taken into a Hospice for pain relief. Cancer has a lot to answer for. The poor girl. I wish they were a car ride away like they were 10 years ago. It's a bit difficult to help out when you're the other side of the world.
Fingers crossed she keeps fighting. She's such a trooper.
Puts my arm niggle into perspective.
