It was considered that I would benefit from a bit of tuition about drinking. I'd get so much more out of it! And I did. The wines were all from Piemonte and included a cracking couple of Barolos. The Gavi was nifty too.
Right! Time to get packed - I'm getting picked up at 7am sharp by Cap'n Mike and we're aff on the fine sloop Sonas to who knows where. Somewhere downwind probably. And then wonder how we'll get get back. But we'll cross that bridge when we come to it, so to speak. Time waits for no man. Seize the day. Maybe just a wee nightcap. Any port in a storm, after all.
