Wild and free

She was in the park with swing/ slides- the works! But I think she had the most fun just running around, up and down the hills.

We tried to go blackberryin' today (yes, it can be a verb!). It was the second time this week and a massive failure again. I don't know if we're late or what but all of our good places for blackberries aren't any good now and one of them (the best, really, as nobody really goes there) has been fenced off. We could only look forlornly over the fence at the luscious, untouched berries. It's a bit sad, really, as Cleo has suddenly decided she LOVES blackberries and it's not always easy getting healthy stuff down her.

Ash laughed at my famous lame joke for the first time today. I do this with all babies- I put something on my head and fake sneeze until it falls off. Works every time! I get to feel quite hilarious for a few minutes and it's great. I'm sure it won't last and so I'm revelling in it now.
