the seals at newburgh are getting so close to folk on the south side of the ythan, I've never seen them being so brave. the smaller, younger ones anyway. this wee guy or gal was only about two metres away from me and daisy if that. I don't know if that's a good thing. I'm glad to see the fence is up on the north side anyway, just wish it was much further back so folk really can't get near them.

after getting soaked and frozen by hailstones we went home to thaw out and do some painting. oh, and I did a 20 minute hiit training session and lots of exercises...determined not to let this ligament stop me running further.
