I met this couple in Ebley Meadows as they were doing a benthic invertebrate survey for the Riverfly Partnership.
Sadly the vast majority of what they found was an indicator of medium water quality but there was a beacon on hope with some blue-winged olives.
Nonetheless, a truly serendipitous meeting. Spring springs and makes smiles.
