Creme Brulee

MrRoly requested a pavlova instead of birthday cake yeasterdsy - I used the yolks to make creme brûlées at the same time. Yum yum!

A lovely day at work, I get the impression my boss is pleased with me and happy that she chose me for the job. Meanwhile st home, my bedroom now has windows that open and shut :-D
