Temptation

A short detour on the way to the bus stop this afternoon took me past the ice-cream parlour - they sell seriously yummy luxury ice cream and hot and cold drinks. This lovely little shop is tucked away in a side street, next to a disused building and the back of a supermarket. But it's near Megs Mount and a convenient place to stop for refreshment if you're walking round Berwick's town walls. When I walked by this afternoon there was a sign on the door saying "Back at 3pm". Just as well - had it been open I may have succumbed...

This evening MrM has gone down to Scots Gap to practise for this month's Open Mic with Mike and Paulette. I'm contemplating an evening of domestic stuff and paperwork...
