Cornwall Day 8

St Just and Cape Cornwall beckoned today. Are you noticing the weather??? A spectacular walk around Treen headland first, sparkling water at a really beautiful pub in the middle of nowhere and then on to the Cape where lads were leaping into the turbulent sea. Himself settled down to do a drawing of an old chapel and I climbed up to the mine on top of the headland. I chatted to the chap in the coastwatch lookout where he was charting the progress of a boat which was sailing from Amsterdam to Ireland. We just missed the dolphins but when I returned to Himself he had a kestrel hovering above him.
Back to St Ives, and more marvelling at the light - it really is something else.
