Toots in Solitude

In Memory of Margarets Birthday

Today would have been Margarets 73rd Birthday and her son Yorick organised that a few close friends and relatives would firstly visit the bench on the Meadows commemorated to her (we put a few tulips at it) and then visit the Rowan tree in George Square which he had planted there in her memory.
Here, with Donald as photographer, are Pete Irvine (him of the 'Scotland The Best' books and much else besides), myself, Yorick my nephew, and Liz who was like a sister to her.
We spent a most interesting 3 hours together, so many, many thanks Yorick for organising this meet up.

('Scotland The Best' now comes as an App)
