Cherry blossom cake

Spent the day decorating the cake I made those flowers for. This cake looked so pretty once it was done and I honestly think it's one of the prettiest I've ever made. Loved everything about it. Extras show the finished flowers and also a view of HK from the boat we were on.

We joined the party in town later in the evening and sadly due to the very high humidity, the fondant started to sag :(. It still looked fine, but I would have loved for it to have looked like this the whole time.

Birthday girl Marcely had organised a four hour cruise in Victoria Harbour on a very modern catamaran. It was beautifully extravagant and luxurious.

A rather long day and I'm absolutely exhausted!!!
