Mixed Media

The local graffitos (I think that's the accepted plural for those who paint on walls, bridges etc) appear to be getting clever. It looks like they have discovered mixed media and I must say it makes for an interesting departure from their usual calloon writing and such stuff. Looking at our town's official graffiti wall during my lunchbreak, I noticed that someone is now incorporating old newspapers into their work. Genuine mixed media art! Let's hope they continue the learning curve. What will we have next week? Something to rival Leonardo I hope. Perhaps a Mona Lisa made of paper tissues! I shall be watching this wall very carefully.

Apologies in advance if I don't comment on yours tonight or indeed tomorrow night. Right now the internet is crawling, which I put down to two teenagers both using it at the same time and watching different movies or suchlike. Oh and Mrs.Joesblips too. She is wading through an online course at present. Tomorrow night is going to be busy too and I hope to get a moment to post my blip. Then it's off for dinner in celebration of Mrs.Joesblip's Birthday followed by attending a workmates 60th Birthday Party. If there is anything left of me by Saturday morning I then have to load up the car with the belongings of one of the above mentioned teenagers and drive him and all his gear to his new studend accomodation in Dublin. If that wasn't enough, I then have to turn around and collect his bicycle from the repair shop half way back and bring it home so that it's here for him on his weekend visits home.
Next weekend I repeat the moving project with our second student, oh and there's a third one coming along in three weeks or so. I feel tired just thinking about it.
