Messing About On The River

Had a walk beside the River Tyne yesterday.  Lovely morning - bright and warm and many, many people doing the same as us.  As you can see the tide was low.  As we were walking along someone who was jogging along shouted out my name.  It was someone I used to work with and I hadn't seen her for a couple of years.  Lovely to catch up with her.
