blue phlox

This is Phlox divaricata that grows wild along the creek bank. It is just coming into flower and we seem to get more each year, which is very satisfying.
We have had two (for us) busy days, yesterday visiting our neighbor who had the tractor accident but is doing well and then in the afternoon visiting Ian (and reporting on the tractor accident!). Today our grandson was here from Missouri and we went to lunch with him and then, this afternoon, we finally had Maxwell's birthday party! tomorrow I am going to have to do something about Easter cards! At least I have bought them!
