Kleingartenverein

Friends recently acquired a little plot of land in a small gardening community. They have a quaint one-room house and a terrace where they can relax after spending a day planting or pruning. It's very close to us, in our old neighborhood so this afternoon we walked over to see how their garden was growing and celebrate the new property with a bit of bubbly. I'll never get the appeal of digging in dirt, but I can certainly appreciate the fruits of their labor :)
