Hotty Botty

I am so miffed at my body today. Apparently spending about 6hrs stood up/dancing is too much for my feeble knees as I woke up to both knees swollen and painful today. I was supposed to be at a wedding this evening that I was very much looking forward to, but instead I've been holed up in the Sofa Nest with a hot water bottle on my left knee, feeling quite sorry for myself. The only silver lining is that I've been able to rewatch a ton of Scrubs and Flight of the Conchords...
