Shatner On the Loose

My Dear Fellow,

On Thursday of last week a chap decided to sit in Horsey PM's empty seat. I didn't mind too much but he then proceeded to hack and cough for the rest of the day.

Sure enough, I was feeling a bit under the weather by Friday morning and by Saturday I was back on the Lemsips. Annoying.

Er Indoors has it too. And as a consequence we've been having a low-energy sort of day, with lots of old episodes of Columbo. I even put on the episode where William Shatner plays a tv detective called Inspector Lucerne. He's great. It's not like Shatner needs an EXCUSE to overact, but give him one and he'll just about eat the scenery. 

I tried to watch this back in January when I was sick, but fell asleep and never found out how it ended. Sadly, I did the same again today. You know what this means? It means that William Shatner has ELUDED JUSTICE. TWICE.

One day Columbo will catch him.

I did make it outside today to pick up essential supplies though, and stopped off at the Stockbridge market where I saw two miniature pugs in a pushchair. I didn't buy anything though, the market was a bit claustrophobic and I didn't feel like I had time to properly browse with all those people milling around.

Also, Shatner is on the loose. I felt the need to lock up the flat and keep an eye open for him.
