Canadian National Vimy Memorial

Today is the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge.  Horrific.  We listened to some of the commemorative program, very moving.  This is the monument is on the back of the Canadian $20 bill. 
I wonder if there's a family in the world who hasn't been affected by war.  I doubt if I'll live to see a world without war happening somewhere.
