Canal side walk

Frustrating morning with sewing machine breaking down in the middle of altering a dress for someone.  No1 son came to the rescue and we thought it was sorted but 'Houston, we still have a problem!'  I have to shorten the wedding dress next week-end for upcoming marriage of No2 son - a friend has come to the rescue and will loan me her machine to cover until I can get mine repaired.  Hope it doesn't mean my machine has given up the ghost after 20 odd years continual use!
Got rid of all the stress by going for a walk by the canal this afternoon with a friend in glorious sunshine.
