Not As Busy?

The Easter Break is upon us yet the town doesn't seem as busy.
The weather is improving, suns out, winds dropped but it hasn't seemed to attract the visitors we normally have.
The town council tell us that we are 'Britains Best Seaside Town' a contender for Britain In Bloom again yet the evidence on Killigree, High, Market and Arwenack Streets is of 'traditional' businesses closing, pubs, bakeries, etc and being replaced with convieniance stores to serve the ever increasing student population.
Fine if your a student but not much help during the twelve +!weeks a year when their breaks coincide with holidaymakers visiting.
