Church and Chilling

Went to one of the big churches in Johannesburg, Rhema, there were maybe 3000 or 4000 people there in this huge auditorium. It was a predominantly black congregation, and they were definitely lively, much dancing and clapping. At one point an apparently famous jazz guitarist Joseph Butler came out and did what turned out to be an impromptu concert in the middle.

Went for lunch and ordered a huge steak. Only two days in but I know this trip will involve a lot of meat. Lovely meaty meat.

Chilled out on the base in the afternoon, played some card games and relaxed trying to catch up on sleep.
