beautiful day

its been a beautiful day. sunshine from dawn till dusk. had a lovely 5 mile walk over the fields near Fillongley.  pretty views, lots of animal prints in the dried mud, woody was ecstatic with all the smells, lots of pheasants calling, even heard an owl.  the last time we did this walk was in 2008, but i didn't remember any of it. spent the afternoon catching up in the garden, took the  moss out of the lawn etc.went for a meal in kenilworth.
