Winton House 10k & 3.5k trail race

It was a family trip to a lovely friendly fun trail race at Winton House, East Lothian. Our medals were edible biscuits baked by the local playgroup mums. I did the 10k while Al n boys did the 3.5k. It was a hard race in hot weather - 18 deg & sunshine according to the car thermometer. I was v chuffed to match my last 10k road time with a trail race - must be getting stronger even if it doesn't feel like it! We all had a lovely post race Luca's ice cream too :-) yum!
It was still sunny and warm when we got home so BBQ tea it was again :-) I have a BBQ whenever it's sunny in case this is our summer!
