A change of plan

I was supposed to go to my sewing group today, but had a call just before 9am to say that the hall had been double booked and we were the losers.
 
I was all organised to be out for the day, so just took up residence in my workroom and stayed put. My packed lunch was prepared and the house tidied, so no need to be distracted. B was out tutoring.
 
This picture was taken when I had my lunch break. It not easy to see, but I was working on the corners of the quilt at the bottom of the bed. All hand sewing. It will be clearer when this stage is finished and I put it on the bed.
   
The TV was on and I listened, with the odd glance, to a series of programmes. Amazing what you learn.
