don't ask...

...because I have no idea what Nelly was doing with her head in the water. We took her and Sid on a lovely long walk this morning, down to the lagoon (always Sid's favourite place). They both went in the water, swam, crunched an old log into many pieces, and then Nelly decided there must be something interesting under the water. She did this several times coming up for air and to bark before doing it again.
