What's on my plate ...
i am joining "Whats on my plate" here on blip and today we had full grain spaghetti with tomatoes-tunasauce and some basil leaves... As I did the healing fast week 3 weeks ago I have a good "watch" on my eating - no wheat - no carbs in the evening - no alcohol for 4 weeks now and I am still alive and holding on to my 3,5 kilo weight loss... 3 days a week running (7-8 kms) two days a week a light stretching and Gymn. and I feel really good...
