Progress

Another day of very slow improvement. I still feel very rough, but at least I’m back to eating & sleeping almost normally.

Did some work. I hope I did it right.

The repair man came and fixed the washing machine. I’m £168 worse off but as far as he could tell the circuit board was the only problem. Now starting on 10 days of accumulated dirty stuff.
