Hospital.

Went to Robina Hospital today for my appointment.  This is the one that was cancelled last week, because of the floods.

I thought I'd be there ages, as they had to catch up with all the appointments.  But I was seen right on time, and was only there 30 minutes.

It's been decided that as scans and a biopsy haven't ruled out cancer in the nodule I have in my thyroid, it will have to be removed by surgery.

Not the outcome I was hoping for, but one I have to accept.

Hopefully, it will be done in the next month, well before Alexandra's new baby is born.

Had a lovely long conversation with my sister tonight.  So long in fact my phone ran out of battery!!
