D-Day -1

6 years ago today we were here for stilted, first-date conversation and barely edible food.

This evening the conversation was more familiar, the food was better (as we went for dinner at the 'other' pub), the weather maybe a tad warmer and there was an extra diner - though one who looks unlikely to make her official appearance tomorrow...
