Manchester United

This is the only photo I took today. We were doing a session at Manchester United. Apart from the rubbish lift that we have to get the equipment in and up to the second floor, I like it there. Oh and the fact I had to stop the lorry at the gates to drop the tail lift so they could look in the back for security reasons. Oh yes, and apart from the the bag checks, the security debrief, the wrist bands, the grumpy security man.....I do like it there. We look out to Media City and there is glass all down one side so it is nice and bright.

It was a day job so we did the morning and the afternoon. The lift is temperamental....it broke down whilst we were unloading and one of our cages was stuck in it for ages. Steve got stuck in it at the end of the session and had to be rescued. Pat reversed the mini bus into a pillar at the end of the day and the back window shattered. I dropped a chair on my leg and have an almighty black bruise.....but it wasn't a bad day really.

We had two new girls with us and I was training Sarah all day which was good fun. They seem like lovely girls.

Jude invited me round for a G&T or two. I took the pizza I'd bought for my tea and we had that. Jude walked home with me and I have to admit I am slightly fuzzy around the edges now. I couldn't walk in a straight a line at all. Now I need to sleep as I can't keep my eyes open a minute longer.
