From the East....

....to the West. Nori was back in town for a few days and it's good to see him again. I thought it might be years before we met again, so I'm especially glad to see him.

Earlier, thoughts of another crack at improving my time along the Cramond Promenade were thwarted by an easterly wind and my decision to cycle the whole route in a single gear....a suggestion from a colleague.
