Beaujolais Countryside

We arrived at our Groupon chateau to find Napoleon had stayed there in 1808, so it is said.
If so, it hasn't had much exterior maintenance since, however, the inside was much better, as were the other guests, the food excellent, and a great time was had by one and all.
We visited various wineries, stocked up a bit, and generally drank in [no pun intended] the scenery of rolling hills, vineyards and buildings the colour of Cotswold stone.
