Today's........

effort..... ;)   Who can resist an afternoon nap in the sun?  Took myself to the local hairdresser's this morning.  I hate having my hair done and apart from a quick trim a couple of months ago,  December was the last time my highlights were done.  Feeling much better now and have made another appointment so that things don't become out of hand again..... hopefully.
