Blue Sky :)

What an incredibly lovely day today. A day to make you smile. I needed to smile after yesterday's day. The least said about that the better. Just keeping fingers crossed everything turns out right.
I had a massage on my arm and shoulder today. It's been bothering me since I came back from Scotland. I've done some swimming but it's been hurting. The Physio said its my shoulder which is causing the pain in my arm. I can't be having that, I've too much swimming to do. I did miss a swim as advised today though.
Packing bags again this evening. Off to Paris in the morning for a long weekend. Andy is running in the Paris marathon. Not sure how he will do this time as he has a problem with his shoulder too....but then you don't run on your shoulders so he should be fine. I keep telling him to see the Physio but he won't just yet. His body I guess. Maybe he will when we come back. It's helped me out today for sure.
